This month we're celebrating Women in the Wine and Spirits industry with a seasonal refresh - we’ve got a delicious new Papaya Margarita, Espresso Martinis, Rum Flight & a revamped brunch menu!

At Aguardente, we not only want to tell our story, but want to tell the story of others within our community. For March, we wanted to highlight the strength and ambition of women, not only in our staff, but in the culture of food.

We will be presenting 3 wines that are not currently on our menu (But may be coming soon. Let us know what you think about them.) and have added some rums to our repertoire that are distinct in flavor and are different in story. We hope that you enjoy the flavors and stories as much as we do.

For the month of March, we will be highlighting women in spirit-making process that have been able to make a brand and name for themselves in a heavily male dominated world. These spirits are still linked to our story of the immigrant in America, but also focuses on other social aspects that come into play.

  • Fatias Douradas

    Portuguese “French” Toast served with chocolate sauce and strawberries.

  • Caldo Verde

    Green soup made with potatoes, chouriço sausage and kale.

  • Tacos de chorizo con huevo

    Cebolla morada, aceite de olivo, servido sobre tortilla de maíz acompañado de queso fresco.

  • Alcachofas al Ajillo

    Roasted artichokes, grape tomatoes, minced garlic, red chili pepper, tossed in olive oil.

  • Sautéed Razor Clams

    Spanish style, chopped garlic, lemon juice, fresh parsley, sautéed in olive oil.

  • Chilaquiles

    Puedes agregar huevo o pollo, tortilla chips con salsa de tomate verde, lleva crema acida, queso fresco, cebolla morada, y cilantro.

  • Prego ou Bifana no Pão

    Choose pork or beef pounded thin, marinated and pan seared, served in a Portuguese roll, pairs well with our classic Super Bock beer from Portuga
